I was born in Dallas and raised in Mesquite. I am an only child and I truly believe that I have the best parents in the world. I graduated in 1995 from Mesquite High School and then headed to Nacogdoches to attend Stephen F. Austin State University. While I was there, I was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. I graduated from SFA in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I left Nacogdoches and headed to Aggieland. I received my Masters degree in 2001 in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading. I began my teaching career in Mesquite ISD. I taught first grade at I.N. Range Elementary for six years. I have a dog named Sophie and in my opinion, she is the cutest Jack Russell that I have ever seen. I love to travel and ski but most of all; I'm a huge football fan. I recently took up golf so you might be seeing me headed to the driving range some days after school. I am so excited to be here at Bradfield but most of all I am really excited to be teaching your child this year.
